All bookings accepted by Sundrenched Golf are subject to these terms and conditions. Sundrenched Golf relies on mutual understanding and trust between its clients and itself, and endeavours to adhere to the Association of British Travel Agents Code of Conduct. A contract will exist only when Sundrenched Golf issues a document headed "Member accepted".

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
A) Clients should contact Sundrenched golf directly. First contact is to book preferred course and tee times
B) Once course, time and dates have been confirmed payment must be paid in full.(NB-to ensure the best possible result in obtaining-course-date-time, booking is recommended at least one month in advance.

PRICES:
All prices are confirmed as the prices on the web-site and your member’s price sheet (unless any course changes price structure during the season)

CANCELLATION OR ALTERATION:
A) Once the payment has been made and confirmed no refund is able to be given on cancellation, however the booking “may” be changed to an alternative date, subject to course availability.

B) Sundrenched golf cannot accept responsibility for clients missing tee off times.

COMPLAINTS:
If a client has any reason for complaint it is obligatory that he contact a Sundrenched golf Representative as soon as possible in order that immediate action can be taken to rectify any faults. Failure to comply with this requirement will seriously jeopardise any compensation claim into which the complainant enters. Any complaint about a booking after playing should be made in writing within 28 day to the Customer Relations Manager.

TRANSFERS:
Transfers are not provided but can be arranged at an extra cost

LIABILITY:
Sundrenched golf will use all reasonable endeavours to provide the course, date, tee off time of your choice, but will not be responsible if, having used all reasonable endeavours, it is unable to do so. Booking is recommended at least one month in advance to ensure the best possible results in booking your preferred course, date and time.

PAYMENTS:
Payments should be made to Sundrenched golf. Where payments are being made from abroad these should be in the form of a bankers draft sterling drawn on a London Bank, bank transfer direct to our account. Other forms of foreign cheques may incur bank charges which will be to the client's account or most credit cards. NB/ A charge of 2% may be levied for payment by credit card.

INSURANCE:
Sundrenched golf recommends all clients to partake in insurance for all possible events that could occur while golfing.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS:
Sundrenched golf will assume that by payment of your annual members fee, you accept the above conditions.
